Shaun MatthewsARB
Managing Director
Shaun is a practising architect with an MPhil in Architecture and Urban Design from Cambridge, delivering complex residential and mixed-use developments across London. His firsthand experience navigating the planning system inspired The Planning Review: a better way for professionals to connect and access planning intelligence.
Joseph Hill
Commercial Director
Joseph has a background in quantitative trading, previously building systematic trading platforms at Ezpada. With an MEng from the University of Bath, he brings a data-driven, engineering-first approach to turning planning data into tools that help professionals find work and make better decisions.
Kerem Bilge
Technical Director
Kerem has a track record of building and launching technology ventures, and previously worked as a software engineer at Aurora Energy Research. A University of Bath graduate, he brings both startup experience and deep technical expertise to The Planning Review's product and strategy.
Jonathan GreenbergMRTPI
Planning Advisor
Jonathan is a chartered town planner (MRTPI) with over a decade of experience across the UK planning system, having worked for developers, land promoters and consultancies before founding JG Town Planning. A University of Manchester graduate, he brings hands-on knowledge of how planning works in practice to keep our products useful and grounded.
